This is a solvent parish. It has addressed the
problems that often plague downtown churches - and which concerned
this church 20 or 30 years ago.

Three things have contributed to this financial stability:
· moderate growth in contributions
from current parishioners
· the establishment and
management of a commercially viable parking lot
· the establishment and stewardship
of an endowment fund

We had a small operating deficits in 2004 and 2005.
Transition costs played a role in those deficits. We are currently
fundraising to eliminate this accumulated deficit. We expect to have this
problem solved by the end of 2006.
