Vestry
We have 24 people on Vestry, including Synod Delegates and Alternates.
All of them are leaders in the various ministries.
It is a committed and active group.
Committees
Most of the work of the church is done within ministry groups. We do have
some committees, which oversees particular ministries and connects them to Vestry, as well.

By law, the legal entity of the parish is the corporation - the Rector, the Rector's Warden, and the People's Warden.
The Rector is appointed by the Bishop, the Rector's Warden is appointed by the Rector, and the People's Warden is elected by the congregation
at each Annual Meeting.
