So, turning to Section D. This section:

- Details the recommendations in the Windsor Report

and

- Proposes actions that should occur if the recommendations are adopted

In this part of the presentation, you’ll notice that, much of what we are presenting are straight quotes from the Report, rather than summaries. These recommendations are carefully worded. We think that quoting the key ones will give you the best sense of them.
